Ian Rushby, Chairman
Ian is a non-executive Director, Ministry of Defence and Chairman of the Defence Audit Committee of the UK. He has held various business leadership, commercial, planning and control positions in BP's Exploration, Finance, Coal and Gas divisions, working in London, the Netherlands, Indonesia, USA and Russia. His most recent assignment was Group General Auditor of BP p.l.c., reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the Board Audit Committee and the Ethics and Environment Assurance Committee.

Yagya Ahuja, CEO
Yagya sets the business strategy, manages corporate development and leads the company's sales efforts. He brings to the table long years of line and staff management experience in the Oil and Gas sector. Yagya began his career at Schlumberger, where he managed operations with P&L responsibility for the Wireline division in China, Australia, Iran and India. Most recently, he worked at the headquarters of BP in London, where he was instrumental in creating strategy and implementation plans for a series of next-generation projects.

Siv Kailasapathy, Business Development Advisor
Siv Kailasapathy has broad technical and management expertise in the global oil & gas industry. He has been in this industry for 19 years, 13 of which were in international assignments. He is a Managing Partner of ENP Solutions, focused on new oilfield ventures and risk & economics. He had performed M&A, Due Diligence, Strategy and BCP engagements run for Total Fina Elf (Indonesia), Standard Chartered Bank (Malaysia, Singapore), Schlumberger (Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia,USA), Actis (Pakistan) and LMKR(Pakistan). Siv has extensive experience in oilfield services with Schlumberger, where he rose from Field Engineer to Vice President. He has completed assignments in major hydrocarbon economies including Nigeria, Italy, Indonesia, France, Russia, UAE and Malaysia. Siv has an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Claude Sorret, VP, Consulting
Claude is a Human Resources specialist with over 25 years of experience in the field. Claude was previously with Schlumberger, initially at their Measurement & Systems area where he aided the growth of the business through development of team motivation and entrepreneurial methods. Subsequently, as HR Director in the Oilfield Services organization, Claude worked in change management, behavioral evaluations, development and retention of talent throughout the globe. He was also instrumental in developing the framework for the succession planning process for senior management at Schlumberger. More recently, Claude has been consulting on HR issues with a variety of companies in Europe. He holds a PhD in Labor Law from Paris 2 University and an advanced management degree from the London Business School.

V. K. Ahuja, Senior Advisor
V.K.Ahuja leads our team of energy experts. During a career spanning 40 years in the Energy industry, he has been Regional Director (Western and Southern Regions), ONGC, India, in-charge of all exploration and production. He was also Chief Consultant at the Oil Industrial Development Board of India and Head of Offshore Technical Services.

Vikram Singha, VP, Marketing and IT
Vikram is in charge of strategic marketing and technology operations. His focus is on communicating the value of GET to potential customers, users and partners and in managing the technology infrastructure of the business. He joined GET from Inovis USA, where he was Director of Product Management. Before that he was with Federal Express where he was responsible for e-commerce and logistics strategy and marketing.

Aditya Kumar, VP, Operations
Aditya heads the global recruitment and client service delivery operations. He joined GET from Snap On Tools where he was the Zonal Operations Head. He has a strong background in sales and operations with over 10 years with Maruti Suzuki in India. He began his career at Maruti Suzuki handling Channel Sales, eventually working his way up to Regional Manager.

He has been a strategy, corporate finance and ventures consultant for over 10 years with experience working with both entrepreneurial ventures and major European companies in Telecom, Media & Technology, Utilities, Oil & Gas and Financial Services.
