HR Director at BP, Mobil Oil, and previously at ICL and British Aerospace. Since
2007, she has been delivering consulting engagements in organization restructuring,
long term strategic people plans, leadership development and change management.
She holds a MSc. in Organizational Behavior.
Yagya Ahuja
Yagya brings to the table long years of consulting and staff management experience
in the Oil and Gas sector. Yagya began his career at Schlumberger, where he managed
operations with P&L responsibility for the Wireline division in China, Australia,
Iran and India. Most recently, he worked at the headquarters of BP in London, where
he was instrumental in creating strategy and implementation plans for a series of
next-generation projects.
Devyani Vaishampayan
Devyani is a specialist in facilitating, managing and anticipating HR issues to
